Webinar Collections Series Continues This Week

Part two of a three-part collections webinar series continues this week with a session geared for intermediate experienced staffers on Thursday, Oct. 11, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (ET).

Attendees will learn how to identify and communicate with troubled members before they decide to abandon a financial institution and how to be in a position to maintain a functional relationship with the member. Credit union collections expert David Reed will reveal lessons learned from 20 years of collections and bankruptcy experience.

The webinar is priced at $129 per Internet connection; those busy the date and time of the presentation may plan to enjoy the complimentary Webinar on Demand archive that may be downloaded and referenced for future use.
