Collections Training Series Begins This Week ... Information Worth Owning

By popular request, MCUL & Affiliates has developed a three-part series on collections training which will be delivered as live Webinars and available as recorded Webinars on Demand.

The first in the series is targeted to those who are new to the collection department and is a Beginner webinar to be held this week on Oct. 4. The Intermediate-level webinar will be held the following week on Oct. 11 and the series wraps-up with Advanced-level topics on Oct. 18.

Attorney, author and consultant David Reed will facilitate the series, which will make an outstanding resource to a credit union's learning library. Participants may listen-in live to the webinars, which each include a complimentary archive that may be downloaded, saved and shared for permanent reference, or choose the archive-only option. From understanding what makes people pay, to responding to a broken promise, to finding win-win strategies that will make members want to pay, the webinar series is ideal for any credit union collector.
