Grand Traverse Resort Room Rates During MCUL AC&E
- Standard Hotel Guest Room - $142.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
- Tower Guest Room - $172.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
- Studio Condominium - $142.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
- One Bedroom Condominium - $172.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
- Two Bedroom Condominium (limited availability) - $222.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
Rooms are being held from Wednesday, July 8, 2009 through Saturday, July 11, 2009.
These guaranteed room rates are available from July 3 – July 12, 2009.
Note: Dates for rooms being held before or after the MCUL AC&E are based on availability.

Other Important Reservation Details and Cancellation Policies
*At this time, reservations are ONLY being accepted for a minimum of a three night stay. The three night minimum for the convention begins Wednesday, July 8, 2009.
Room reservations for less than three nights, will be made available in January 2009, once conference registration opens.
If your plans change, please note cancellation fees apply as follows:
- Room reservations may be cancelled before January 8, 2009 without penalty.
- Beginning January 9, 2009 through March 31, 2009 one full night cancellation fee will be charged for rooms cancelled.
- Rooms cancelled after March 31, 2009 will be charged in full.

Regarding Room Reservations
We appreciate you allowing us to first serve our membership and assure you that we will be providing specific instructions for our valued exhibitors, sponsors and vendors within the coming months. Therefore we ask that you please do not book rooms at the Grand Traverse Resort at this time. The open room accommodations now available are specifically for credit union attendees.
