Hotel Accommodations
The Grand Traverse Resort is now at capacity; please ask to be placed on the wait list if you're interested in staying at the host hotel. Discounted room rates make it affordable to come early and enjoy the festivities of the annual Cherry Festival or stay afterward for a board retreat or well deserved vacation. Special low room rates have been arranged specifically for MCUL 2009 AC&E participants.

Grand Traverse Resort Room Rates During MCUL AC&E
Standard Hotel Guest Room - $142.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
Tower Guest Room - $172.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
Studio Condominium - $142.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
One Bedroom Condominium - $172.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
Two Bedroom Condominium (limited availability) - $222.00 plus resort fee and applicable tax
Rooms are being held from Wednesday, July 8, 2009 through Saturday, July 11, 2009. These guaranteed room rates are available from July 3 – July 12, 2009. Note: Dates for rooms being held before or after the MCUL AC&E are based on availability.
If your plans change, please note cancellation fees apply at the Grand Traverse Resort:
A three night minimum stay is required for all reservations made prior to January 9, 2009.
Room reservations may be canceled before January 8, 2009 without penalty.
Beginning January 9, 2009 through March 31, 2009 one full night cancellation fee will be charged for rooms canceled.
Rooms canceled after March 31, 2009 will be charged in full.
