David Adams
Dave is the CEO of the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates, CU Solutions Group and CU Village.com and also provides management services for HR Value Group and League InfoSight. During his credit union career, he has held numerous board seats and committee assignments including work for the American Association of Credit Union Leagues and the Credit Union National Association. A native of Utah, he holds a master's degree from Utah State University.
  Scott Babin
Scott joined E&A Credit Union in February of 2008 as vice president of marketing. His previous experience included 25 years in various business positions, including 13 years with Dow Corning Corporation in Midland. He possesses a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in advertising and public relations and a certified business communicator designation from the Business Marketing Association.
Nancy Baker
Nancy is a business development specialist for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. In her 22 years working for the State of Michigan, she has provided economic and housing development services for Michigan residents and businesses. Nancy is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
 
William P. Beardsley

After nearly a 20 year banking career in Michigan, Bill led the launch of Michigan Business Connection, LLC in March 2004 and serves as its president and chief lending officer. He has served in commercial banking industry since 1985, most recently as community president of the Citizens Bank Ann Arbor market. Previously he held leadership positions at regional banks with small business lending program management responsibilities.
 
Brent Dixon

Brent has partnered with the Filene Research Institute to present, advise and complete project work with credit unions based on young adult research. He is a leading thinker, speaker and doer in the areas of young adult outreach, creativity, design and user experience. Brent has been cited in and written for numerous industry publications and is a contributing author to The Age of Conversation 2.
 
Ken W. Gronbach

Ken is a nationally recognized expert in the field of demography and generational marketing. An accomplished president and CEO, Ken has proven success in creating value, leading companies and planning for the future with uncanny accuracy. He is a gifted public speaker who connects with his audience and makes complex information simple and funny.
Timothy A. Hichue
Tim is the CEO of First General Credit Union, serving members in and around the Musekgon area. He has been with the credit union over ten years, previously serving as the assistant manager. Prior to joining First General Credit Union, Tim worked at Tri-Cities Credit Union and also spent over three years with Old Kent Bank in operations and as a leader of a cash balancing team.
 
Daniel J. Mahalak

Dan is the president and managing partner of Cindrich, Mahalak & Co., P.C., an accounting firm specializing in the credit union industry. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to the credit union industry on both a local and national level and has written articles for several credit union publications.
 
Lisa Rizk
Lisa is vice president of member enhancements & sales for CU Solutions Group managing national sales and marketing activities for various divisions, partners and products, and working closely with CUcorp’s business partners. She possesses over 20 years of experience in the credit union industry and a master's of business administration from Davenport University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Central Michigan University.
 
Justin Robinson

Justin is part of the regulatory compliance practice of LarsonAllen LLP. He has over 11 years of experience assisting credit unions nationwide in complying with consumer protection regulations, including establishing regulatory compliance programs, conducting compliance assessments, staff training, performing Website compliance assessments and BSA/AML/OFAC independent testing. Justin attended St John’s University and obtained his juris doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.
 
Rory Rowland

Rory helps organizations focus on the best, so they can be the best. As a business consultant and dynamic seminar leader he specializes in programs for financial institutions and banks on lending, technology, leadership and communications skills. After serving as president of two financial institutions in Missouri, Rory began using his communications skills and specialized background to help financial and business organizations become more effective. He holds a master's of business administration in finance and a bachelor's of science degree in economics.
 
John Zasada

John is a principal in the financial institutions group of LarsonAllen LLP. He has 16 years experience assisting credit unions in complying with consumer protection regulations. John has been the lead instructor for the National Credit Union Administration regulatory compliance school and has trained over 300 examiners on regulatory compliance. John attended Utica College of Syracuse University, University of Colorado at Boulder, University of Copenhagen, Denmark and Vermont Law School.
