The Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL) has contracted with HRN Performance Solutions to conduct its annual credit union compensation and benefits survey. This survey is designed to encompass base compensation, bonus/incentive compensation, deferred compensation, as well as specific employee benefits.
The online survey will provide a higher degree of accuracy and reduce the amount of paper information being routed. Your responses to the survey will be handled with the strictest confidence – no one outside of HRN Performance Solutions will see any individual results and all surveys will be destroyed once the data is assembled.
A detailed report summarizing results will be available in August. The report will outline salaries paid to management and non-management positions, and will analyze the salaries separately by asset size. Affiliated credit unions that complete the survey will receive a complimentary PDF copy of the final report.
Now available, the 2011 MCUL Compensation Survey Report provides up-to-date information on credit union employee compensation in Michigan. Salaries of CEOs are examined, as well as salaries of staff members in management and non-management positions.
In addition, this reference guide offers a detailed review of staff turnover, health benefits and specific characteristics of CUs of all asset sizes. Salary differences are also broken down in various geographical locations throughout the state. This publication is a must for credit unions, especially anyone involved in credit union human resources and personnel activities.
