Join us for a three-hour workshop on the topic of time management and effective delegation that will challenge participants' thinking. Objectives of this interactive workshop:
- Learn strategies and best practices for effective time management
- Explore delegation and how to handle delegation for the best possible outcomes
- Create a personal plan for improved time management that includes identifying and overcoming potential hurdles to successful implementation
- Practice effective delegations through a hands-on activity
