This year's Executive Summit agenda offers outstanding topics with plenty of time to interact with other attendees, plus a new pre-event workshop later in the afternoon on Wednesday for those who choose not to golf.

At The Inn at Bay Harbor, the concept of “downtime” takes on a whole new meaning.

It will be an experience to be long remembered.

Registration is $119 per golfer. The first tee off time is at 1:10 p.m.

Executing on the Strategic Plan: An Executive’s View

Creating a strategic plan is just one step of an overall process, but creating a plan of action to ensure it happens is an entirely different project. Those who choose not to golf have the opportunity to engage in this pre-event workshop and gain tools for creating a plan of action using a six step process to get everyone executing on the strategic plan. This process can become part of an organization's culture, thereby facilitating the completion of projects large or small!

Simply choose the “Workshop” option when registering online to attend. Optional workshop is included in registration.
