Beach Access
The hotel is located just 15 minutes from Tybee Island beaches. Transportation to Tybee Island is provided by Old Town Trolley Tours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Attire

Dress is casual throughout the conference. Conference room temperatures vary, so please bring a sweater or jacket.

Cancellations and Name Changes
Cancellations and changes must be made online by December 28, 2007. An administrative fee of $100 will be assessed for all cancelled orders. After December 28, 2008, cancellations will be charged in full. Substitutions are always encouraged.
